Hi, my adopted baby is turning 2 months old next week. I feel really curious to watch my baby’s growth everyday. My doula suggested, doing baby yoga is better to improve the baby’s sleep and digestion. I referred some articles and found that it strengthens the muscles of the baby. I haven’t done this before and would like to know how to start with. My friend told me that one of the in-home nanny services in Toronto provides baby yoga and yoga for moms. Is yoga good for health? I have back pain and my doctor suggested me do some exercise. I would like to do yoga as it will help me increase the flexibility of my body and also it can retain my fitness. Please help me with suggestions.
