    Hi all, can you please suggest me some weight loss ideas? I am currently 90 kgs and my friends are all just 55-60 kgs. I have tried some diets and exercises in order to reduce my weight, but that didn't work. I feel guilty to ask regarding this to my friends or relatives. While searching, I found that natural weight loss programs help a lot and that won't have side effects too. I need your suggestions. Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

     I think natural weight loss programs are good and it wouldn't harm your body also. Go for it and share with us your success story. All the best dear.

    I also agree to that because one of my relatives was able to reduce a lot of her weight under natural weight loss program.

    Natural weight loss program is a very effective way to reduce the weight.

    High protein, low carb diet. Vigorous cardio, adament weight lifting. I lost about 25lbs in two and half months. Im still working on it though.
